Shipping rates
Standard shipping across the United States is free on orders over $70 and $8 on orders below that. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and selected countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia; international rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, and shipped the next business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends. Please allow a little extra time during holidays and sale seasons.
Delivery time
Due to high demand, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Customs and duties
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import taxes. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees set by your local customs office, which are your responsibility and are not received by us.
